Spotlight Community Theatre is bringing back variety entertainment with A Night of Variety! — a one-of-a-kind fundraising variety show on September 19, 2026 at the Hillsboro Civic Club. Doors open at 6:30pm, event runs 7–10pm. Tickets are $30.
Think: a little cabaret, a little wild west, a little carnival, and a whole lot of fun. The night features original one-acts of music, comedy, and more performed by Jefferson County’s own Spotlight Talent, with carnival-inspired games, raffles, dancing, appetizers, and a cash bar (one free drink ticket with admission) between acts.
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Spotlight relies entirely on community support to keep live theatre alive in Jefferson County. Every dollar raised goes directly toward producing the shows you love — and musicals aren’t cheap (we’re talking $10,000–$15,000 a pop!). Your ticket purchase directly supports that mission.
