Guys and Dolls follows a lively group of New York gamblers, missionaries, and showgirls whose worlds collide through a series of bets, romances, and mishaps. Nathan Detroit scrambles to find a location for his illegal crap game and bets high-roller Sky Masterson that Sky can’t take the uptight Mission worker Sarah Brown to Havana. To everyone’s surprise, Sky and Sarah fall genuinely in love, even as Nathan continues dodging the law and disappointing his longtime fiancée, Adelaide. After chaos, close calls, and a wild prayer meeting filled with repentant gamblers, both couples finally find their way to love, culminating in a joyful double wedding and a happy ending.
